Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING, HANDLING & FREIGHT 
Shipping and Handling charges are automatically calculated by online shipping calculators provided by Australia Post and other services. HBN STORE may include a handling fee to cover costs incurred with packing and handling. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within one week of receipt of order, however please allow up to thirty days for despatch and to receive your goods. If we are unable to despatch your order within this timeframe, we will contact you via email to advise of unexpected delay in fulfilment and to obtain additional instruction from you as how to proceed. 

ITEM DAMAGE & RISK OF LOSS 
All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. It is recommended that customers opt for and purchase postal insurance as provided at time of checkout. Damage or loss may occur for any multitude of reasons including, but not limited to, misdirected/misdelivered post, import and/or theft. If you would prefer not to carry this risk, please use Registered Post or Courier shipping options. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS 
HBN STORE and its business partners attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, HBN STORE does not warrant that product descriptions, images or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by HBN STORE Sales & Service itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Some products have product assembly options. In respect to these products, we will fulfil the order to the specification of options selected. For example the 4/V150H has a connectors option, should your order advise no connectors, then the product will be shipped with no connectors. Products such as these, that require custom assembly, are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

ORDER FULFILMENT & BACKORDERS 
When purchasing any product from the online service, following receipt of payment, your order is automatically sent to the Warehouse for product fulfilment. In almost all cases, the products are dispatched within 2-5 business days. Because we use shared warehouse services: stock quantities listed online are only a small subset of the reported stock levels. On a rare occasion an order may need to be placed into a backorder state, due to unusual warehouse stock depletion prior to the periodic stock quantity updates. If/When an order is placed into backorder, the customer is notified and is provided one calendar week to advise if cancellation is preferred. If the customer chooses to continue with the order, or fails to advise of cancellation within one calendar week, the customer thereby accepts the backorder and commits to awaiting order fulfilment. Any cancellations following this time, if accepted, will incur a 25% order cancellation fee and refund will only be provided by in-store credit note (gift certificate). 

PRICING 
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be incorrectly priced. If an item\'s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. 

REFUNDS 
This refunds policy covers all products sold via globebatteries.com.au website, but excludes products and services purchased in-store for entities that we trade online on behalf of. In respect to non-battery products, ie chargers and electronic devices, any device presumed to be faulty on subsequent may be a warranty claim but is not grounds for a refund claim. 
Eligibility: 
Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and not tampered with. 
Once products have been dispatched: shipping, handling and freight charges are not eligible to be refunded. 
Special order or customised products are not eligible for refund. 
Backordered products, if fulfilled following notification of backorder, are not eligible for refund. 
Processing: 
A restocking and cancellation fee of 25% will be applied against all product returns; with the exception of: 
defective goods (where confirmed as defective by our supplier); 
as advised by Law, please refer to the NSW Department of Fair Trading website; 
or refunds issued due to our inability to fulfil the order within thirty days. 
In-store credit / gift certificate will be provided to product value, less restocking and cancellation fees applied -- except where directed by Law; whereas company cheque will be issued to registered customer at time of order. 
Where monetary refund is required, refunds will be endeavoured to be returned via the inward payment method. If the inward payment services does not accept refund transactions, or if the amount of time has lapsed for their refund services, a business cheque will be posted, via Australia Post, to the registered billing address used at time of order. 
All refunds will be issued in Australian currency AUD. 
For additional information on your rights to refunds, please refer to the NSW Department of Fair Trading website. Except where as prescribed by law, we reserve the right to not provide refund for a product, or products, that we may not be able to resell to another customer. Please note: Any product returned in a condition other than sold and despatched to you, will incur a minimum of 10% restocking and order cancellation fee.
